REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING COSTS
Drone real estate photography costs can vary depending on images, video, customer requests and time spent on post-production. We can colour correct photos, draw property boundary lines, insert measurements and add points of interest. We can also provide real estate packages that include a short movie. Aerial Prices start from AUD 220.00 (inclusive of GST)
FREE TRAVEL LOCATIONS
No extra travel charges within these locations.
- Bendigo and surrounding locations up to a 50KM radius
- Melbourne and surrounding locations up to a 50KM radius
- Warragul (Gippsland) and surrounding locations up to a 50KM radius
Extra travel charges may apply for locations outside the above locations. Travel is calculated at 0.50 cents per KM from Bendigo.
DAILY RATES – LARGE DRONE PROJECTS
For larger or multi-day projects, daily rates including travel and accommodation capped at AUD 800.00 per day. Discounts apply for multiple days and projected tasks. We can quote accordingly depending on the customer’s requirements.
PERMITS AND PERMISSIONS
Depending on the location and project, certain permits may be required or approvals from CASA and Landowners. This can add costs to your projects. We will let you know in advance if further approvals are required for your project.
GROUND CREW AND EQUIPMENT
If additional drone pilots or drone equipment is required, this may add to your aerial pricing. We currently have 5 qualified drone pilots and a fleet of 8 UAVs. Extra personnel example spotters and additional cameramen can also be booked.
